This is the product, a red case with ASTALIFT imprinted on it, looks sophisticated and glamor at the same time, probably due to the daring red and golden words. The casing, sponge and powder all sold separately, so when purchasing them please do take care the lovely casing, since it has good quality material and a huge mirror attached to it.

I get mine in BO OO which is Beige Ochre 00. It’s not the lightest shade, I think the lightest one should be Ochre 00. But it works surprisingly well on my usually “demand the fairest of them all” skin tone. Perhaps in the ASTALIFT world there are more fair skin as they are a brand from Japan. Japanese ladies can be so fair and have a skin of with the touch of white as snow.

Here it is a powder with the title of foundation yet feels light on the skin. I’ve used it alone and after a liquid foundation. If one’s want  a full coverage use it with a liquid foundation and then the powder, but when lightness and natural look desired, this powder foundation alone is enough.

I’ve tried using it with a foundation brush and apparently sponge is a better option, the sponge helps the texture of the powder to be distributed more even, especially on a moist skin. I love to keep my skin moist and any makeup which keep the moisture intact is a good makeup.

I know a matte skin used to be so popular but I always hate it since it looks so unnatural. A skin should be glowing and radiant, but not as glowing as oily and greasiness heehee, just that lovely glow which looks natural and healthy. So a powder is still needed but not the one that suck all the life out of the skin. Just the one that enhance and beautifies, like ASTALIFT Light Analyzing Moisture Foundation. Which also have SPF 20 PA ++ for around 5 hours of protection against the sun.

The powder itself sits on my skin around 3-4 hours before the next touch up (outdoor) and 4-6 hours (indoors). Able to reflect lights very well (seen on the image where there’s zero blind spot) and smooth plus soft to the touch. The skin feels good and not dried up, a good solution for us living in a summer all year long.

Mine is OCOW, which amazingly suits me perfectly and this creamy liquid easily use and finish off with the dry effect under 3 minutes. Yes, the formula is kinda fast to dry, so blending action need to be quick and vigilant (^o^)

I love the pumps as it provide just enough foundation in a go.

The formula is light and build-able for more coverage. As seen in the image the formula dries almost instantly. I know the name is True White but happily it wont create an unnatural whitish or pale skin tone. I think, it’s more to the brighter skin.

Cover the liquid foundation with powder or loose powder and finish as a natural flawless base. For a more problematic skin, concealer and two way cake may be used on certain area or overall.

On me touch up is minimum, just loose powder now and then and I’m flawless all day long. Away from cakey or feeling heavy. This is a suitable foundation for daily use packed with vitamin C&E plus sun protection too.

This is my before picture, mini bumps, uneven skin tone, minor blemishes and fine lines. The skin is cleaned, toned, use serum and moisturized as well.

FaceFinity is a creamy foundation, concealer and primer in one, so I don’t have to use primer and concealer again, plus the SPF 20 also a good addition for an all in one face base during the day or at night with all the spotlight going on.

The scent is fresh and delicate, I think I can go either with Pearl Beige or Light Ivory in terms of the shade. The texture of the foundation is a merit between liquid and creamy with a powdery finish.

I dabbed the foundation to 5 different areas and this time using fingers alone (which later I think can  be used with sponge or foundation brush).

A pump is enough for the whole face and neck area.

This is my after look, where the foundation has been distributed well. It has created an even skin tone all over the face, reflect lights (very useful during photo taking session), natural finish (not too dewy and not matte either), not sticky, in fact quite velvety to the touch, fills in the wrinkle and lines, so careful when put on large pores area as it will fill them like water to the pond.

Feels like powder once blended and soft too. Gives the skin an instant luminescence look, younger and less visible problems, almost 100% flawless. Almost? I still need to dab a bit more for under the eyes. The good news is the foundation also feels so light on the skin with buildable formula, so when I’m not satisfy with one or two part for their coverage, just dab a bit on that specific area for a 100% flawless look.

 

My final result after adding some powder, colors, falsies, and finishing powder for that finishing touch.

The makeup last for 6 hours without melting in normal daily activity, not running a marathon.

Overall, is it a good product? Yes, for being so heavy duty yet feels so light on the skin at the same time. For providing a primer, concealer and foundation with sun protection in a go still without being cakey and greasy. Giving medium coverage for an almost 100% flawless look or at least provide a base for a flawless look. Powder and colors does stay on better and longer thanks to this foundation as well.
